The Digiscan application enables the verification of tickets issued through Digitick’s platform. It replicates the functionalities of a specialized ticket scanner, providing a portable and efficient solution for live event management:

• Scan barcodes on printed tickets or mobile screens
• Retrieve attendee information and validate tickets seamlessly
• Search for tickets by barcode number

Thanks to a 3G/4G network, users stay synchronized with the Digitick server even outside WiFi zones. This connectivity ensures that event organizers are no longer compelled to prematurely close ticket sales. The ability to temporarily augment the scanning staff with additional iPhone devices helps to reduce queues and improve flow management.

The real-time monitoring feature allows organizers to track occupancy levels throughout the event directly from the application.

The app also supports barcode scanning in low-light conditions using the device's flash, ensuring reliable operation regardless of lighting circumstances.
